My location is in Greenwood Indiana. I highly recommend BioLife (at least this location). I actually enjoy the process. It is nice to just be with my book for a little bit each week. I do wish they would be more fully staffed so more donors can donate in the hours they are offered. Two hours plus is a bit much since donating itself takes about an hour. But I really love the staff. They are kind and professional. Never leave me with bruises and they make the process very easy. The pay is also good. I enjoy my time there and do not dread going there, except the wait. But once I'm seated and hooked up, I am happy! Date of experience is my last donation but I have donated several times before and have not had a bad experience yet.

The nurses know what they are doing and they do care about if we feel discomfort and about doing their jobs right! They always seek help from other nurses if they aren't sure!
