Great workflow ! Every time I go !!! Great attitudes !! I’ve been to other plasma facilities and NO COMPARISON ! Better payment system , friendly faces , fast and efficient employees!!!

I had a terrible experience this year at another plasma center. That phlebotomist stuck me in such a way that did not feel right at all, having donated well over a hundred times before. After the first draw, the return started hurting my arm and I started having swelling immediately. I ended up being deferred for 30 days back in february. I went to Biolife, and on my second donation, I have an issue where I needed adjusted. I have never needed adjusted before, Ever. Needless to say, it scared me and I started wondering if I was still okay to donate after that other place screwed me up that one time. The next time I came to donate, they pulled me aside and asked what my issue was, I explained what had happened previously and how I did have a bit of anxiety with an adjustment that I had not needed before. I want to tell you how much I appreciate taking the time to see what might have been the issue, though quite frankly I would of rather being asked what happened that same day as it was being done or immediately afterwards. They have been a great place to go for some additional income. They are consistent and they move with urgency when the place is packed. They are kind and compassionate

Everyone at Biolife has been very helpful, kind and professional. I also appreciate the ease of the app and know that I'll be in and out quickly. The facility is very clean and well organized, and I notice everyone who works there is quick to help each other out.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The wait lines have been reduced dramatically and the process efficiency is about as quick as possible.

Friendly and knowledgeable

The location at 95th and Quivira is stellar. Super clean, friendly staff. I have been going on and off for the past 7 months and they are always great. The needle sticks barely register, honestly the finger poke they do at check-in hurts more than anything! Even when they are super busy everyone is very professional and kind. Be prepared for a long wait if you go on a Tuesday-they told me that is their busiest day.

I go early in the morning and all the staff is so friendly and cheerful! I get in and get out quickly. and the money is really good too.
