The staff at the Kennesaw GA location is top notch. They explain the process, effortlessly get the IVs started, check on donors regularly and are friendly. If you donate, you may want to bring a light jacket or blanket as the facility is very chilly. The office is very clean and they play great music! This location is popular so plan on at least 2 hours for check in, wait time and donation.

Hayden Idaho The staff are wonderful, hard working and friendly. But their wait time is horrible. And now I have a hard time making appointments. Have to make them 2-3 days ahead. Use to be able to make it as I was leaving the house, an hour away.

Less than an hour total time. In and out. Unfortunately the payment keeps dropping right now. Will have to rethink appointments if it drops further.

The staff are all very nice but I keep getting deferred for my pulse being too high. At home it runs around 80-90bpm but when I get to Biolife it skyrockets. I wish this wasn't a reason to not let someone donate. I always pass all the other tests. The blood pressure parameters are much less strict. They told me anything under 180/100 passes. (My blood pressure is very good, btw.) I work in Healthcare and this makes no sense to me. Someone with high blood pressure is a higher risk than someone that's pulse is high because they're nervous.

The entire process from booking an appointment to getting paid is very streamlined and easy. Wait times can still vary greatly, but employees are always doing their best.

I have recently had issues in the Hayden Idaho location. Lots of bruising, unable to donate every week. On 7/10 I was going to ask for Michelle (she is fantastic) but she had a full section so I told Lexi that if she thought she could do it successfully then go ahead. to my surprise I had no bruising the donation went well. Lexi is very cheerful and I am going to add her to my list of people to ask for.
