Had to have a physical which I understand been awhile since my last appointment so had finger poke and answered questions then waited to see a nurse was going good told her had a surgery two days prior she said I couldn't donate which ok I then ask a question why do you guys do the finger poke before a physical Incase someone can't donate you save them a finger poke she said that's our policy if you don't like it just leave blew my mind I didn't ask in a rude tone of voice just asked a question as to why and that's how I was treated very disrespectful and can't imagine you have an employee treat people like that i will not return

Let me tell you what the f*** went wrong with this company they treat you like s*** they f****** your arms and veins they're very incompetent they don't know how to do the job you wait f****** 3 to 4 hours in line and let me tell you something I have Princess Diana bloodline and these b****** will never get my plasma again and I will call the news about the s***** treatment I've been treated by them f*** this place they f****** suck bet

You have to wait 5 hours in line to donate can I rip you off our money up so under staff

The wait is always absurd. The closest one is 40min away. When I arrived early since the wait is always crazy, they turned me away. Absurd. Will never go back.

I have been a donor for several years. I used to go all the time and now I’ve been going less and less. The experience has been consistently getting worse. The place has become over crowded and under staffed. It now very hard to get an appointment. This is to be expected when they start offering more money but the employees are now becoming inconsiderate. Most of the time now the place makes you feel more like a farm animal then a person and they don’t care. I got turned away today because I was less then a minute late and then they excused me of lying about it. I was knocking and they purposely ignored me until another donor let me in. It’s just bad and they need to fix it.

Now you go a regular donation and its take you 5 hours that not good i dont have time for spend. All day doing a regular donation..Customer all in the area off donation avery were that no good for the people that work in the area its no save for the nurse that work in the area not recomed if you dont have time ..Other donation take 2 hour for donation there its all day

Memphis TN location Overall decent at getting you through the line if you go during slow times, otherwise very inefficient. They also turn you away for ridiculous reasons sometimes. I was turned away recently because the lab hadn’t tested my blood sample yet, not because something was wrong, but because they just hadn’t gotten around to doing it yet. I’m guessing there’s something in the system that requires them to enter a normal blood sample result every so often for a donor to be eligible, but I donate twice a week every week, so they’ve had plenty of chances to get what they need. They even took a sample 2 visits in a row and when I asked why I was told that they had lost my first sample somehow. This is clearly Biolife’s fault, but I’m getting punished for it. I wasn’t even offered any sort of compensation for their mistake, I was just told that hopefully the results would be in next week, which is an extremely pitiful response to the situation

Always a problem when going to this facility - so much so that I did not even finish the promo and waived the remaining $500 left to earn as a new donor and went back to my old plasma center where I earned half as much. I have donated at other companies never a problem
