Very efficient. I have been to CSL before and Biolife is way more staffed and quicker. I have had no issues. All are friendly and helpful. They keep the flow going and call for more help when needed.

I donate plasma twice a week. It is simple and convenient. It only takes about 45 minutes to an hour. The staff is right there if you have any questions. The process is painful and sterile. I would recommend to anyone to donate.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I checked in until I left

I’ve only had one bad experience since giving plasma and that was because for some reason I wasn’t returning blood. I was left with a horrible bruise from trying to move the needle around. It took over two weeks for the bruise to disappear. That is the only bad experience I have in the year I have been donating. Everyone is extremely nice and supportive. I am usually hooked up and done donating in a reasonable time.

I initially had a tough time getting in for my 1st Appointment with the Physical, However, once that was completed it has been a breeze. The staff is friendly, most of them are communicative and let you know exactly what they are doing and when, what to expect and they check on you during the appointment. It's a beautiful thing to be able to donate plasma to those in need.

Every person I spoke with was considerate and kind. They were pleasant to work with!
