The staff at the St Point location rocks! Everyone has been kind and helpful throughout my three years of donating. Often, my entire donation process is done in one hour which was not the case at an understaffed nearby center. I appreciate not dealing with coupons any longer but miss the frequency bonus.

I have recently started going back after taking about a year and a half break. Since I have come back my experience has been so much better but I think it is because I am coming earlier in the day. Staff is great.

The folks at the Chapel Hill location in Douglasville are great. Very professional and efficient. Always a positive experience when I go. I actually really look forward to going. They make it easy and comfortable.
