I went to Biolife on two promotions. The first time I was supposed to be paid $80 and they only paid me $70 but highlighted the payout as though they actually gave me $80. Today I went and I had a coupon in the system they gave me to come back another day because of the long wait. I was supposed to be paid $80 and then another $25. When I checked they only paid me $85! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and try to find out a corporate number because I feel like I've been stolen from. They have my plasma so pay me what you owe me!

I was a regular donor and was doing fine. A computer glitch allowed me to donate more than I was supposed to. They notified me after the fact and placed me on a permanent deferred list. I tried to work it out with them tried to inform them they had a computer error and the training supervisor tried to make me confess that I did it on purpose. Still no call back from manager. No accountability for their system error. They are blaming me for it all.

It is extremely outrageous to come to the center, pay $45.00 for an Uber, with the requirements they request, including where it says that if the donor does not have social security, they can present their VISA. I came with a printed HUMANITARIAN visa that the United States government gave me. , the same that accredits me as legal and allows entry to this country, after waiting almost 40 minutes when they are going to do the blood test they tell me that they need the SSN or a Tourist Visa attached to the passport since they the Humanitarian VISA don't recognize it. It seems to me a lack of respect and ignorance on the part of this center and entity. You shouldn't update or get trained because I felt discriminated against for having or having come to this country for a Humanitarian Visa Es extremadamente indignante venir al centro, pagar $45.00 de un Uber, con los requisitos que solicitan, entre ello donde dice que si el donador no posee seguro social puede presentar su VISA vine con una visa HUMANITARIA impresa misma que me dio el gobierno de estados Unidos , mismo que me acredita como legal y permite la entrada a este país, después de esperar casi 40 minutos cuando ya van hacerme el examen de sangre me dicen que necesitan es el SSN o una Visa de Turista pegada al pasaporte ya que ellos la VISA Humanitaria no la reconozcan. Me parece una falta de respeto e ignorancia por parte de este centro e entidad. shouldn de update o capacitarse porque me sentí discriminado por tener o haber venido a este país por una Visa Humanitaria por parte de ustedes

My sister was given a positive HIV from you all which ruined her life only to find out it was a false positive. Now you all won't return calls and address this issue. She became suicidal because of you all gross negligence.It interfered with her marriage. I plan to go to the governor's mansion and advocate holding up bill boards raising awareness to the fact that you all give fake positives and fake negatives, giving plasma just isn't safe anymore. I would hate to think that you all maybe giving false negatives to real HIV recipients

It took a 3 hour appointment (no plasma taken) and then 7 weeks for them to tell me I don't qualify for donation. Incredibly outdated and exclusive criteria for being able to donate (ie. you can't be a gay man, gay sex is a deferral). Don't even bother wasting your time.

I decided to try something new and went to donate plasma today. I will probably never attempt again. They said it would take 2 hours including the donation. I was treated very rudely from the time I walked into the door until the nurse said I couldnt donate because of a medical issue every dr I have said is not a problem. If they would have had the common courtesy to return calls I called had a drs excuse for them. thank you BioLife Plasma Services in columbus for wasting my gorgeous Saturday afternoon. I gave up 3 hours of my life for nothing. I wasn’t able to help someone out like I wanted. Most people do it for the pay but I would have made more working my job. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. Yes I've been with biolife plasma now for about 3 months it seems like and as of now it seems that the pay is starting to gradually go down I believe that is really unfair to us who is donating the plasma I think these general office who's ever had over this stuff is starting to get greedy a lot of us know how much money you guys get for canister plasma so it's really not fair to us you want to get those corporate Jackson those big limos and stuff and drive around understandable but make it fair to your donors who's there giving up their plasma to save lives me myself I come there to help save lives donate my plasma eat Right sleep right do everything I can to make sure my plasma is in the greatest of health okay and then also it benefits my grandkids so I think you guys are reinvent you a pay schedule it was in 100 then it went down to 90 now this week is that 80 and they got to described as a promotion housing a promotion so I'm thinking about going back to CSL plasma where I know I can continue to get the same amount of money that I was getting there but thank you very much.

The technician inserted the needle poorly such that the return of red blood cells was leaked into the surrounding tissue resulting in a huge hematoma that made the entire arm black/blue & extremely painful (front and back). Tried to contact Biolife management by phone and email but no-one responded which is terrible customer service! Do not plan to ever return!
