Sat in line for 50 minutes until I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work, what is the point of an appointment If you have to sit in line anyways. Don’t over accept appointmens!!!!

I started donating because there was a really nice promo for new donors. After only 2 successful donations, I went on for a 3rd, and the staff gave me a hematoma because they were sloppy with sticking my vein, and had to readjust the needle multiple times. I was told I couldn't donate for 8 weeks, and I lost out on the promo because of their mistake. I feel like if they mess up and compromise your ability to donate you should be compensated for the trouble, but maybe that's just me...

Super slow. Would have thought they could have prepared for an influx of participants. Not enough nurses to get people through the physical aspect. Hopefully it speeds up once they get established.

The nurse was rude at maple grove, mn...she asked me about my neck surgery it's been years I honestly forgot which were fused. She was very abrupt and made comments as it took longer than needed apparently. This is the first time I have been there and I won't go back!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. They sat me down on a bed at 405pm in the Red section & Brianna the tech standing around not doing much but talking to people sees me waiting patiently looks at me several times as well as another person was waiting too next to me. After 10 min' another tech named Ben helped her get set up but immediately walked away to help someone else. Brianna finally comes over at 433pm. Almost 30 min's later to get me set up I was just about to walk out. This is ridiculous and wasted time. Worse experience, worse place to ever go to in Riverton. Recommend CSL if your ever going to give back & donate.

Could not donate due to a health condition of Charcot Marie Tooth disease. It would be nice if they put disqualifying medical history on their website. So I wouldn’t have waisted my time showing up.
