I have been going to the Biolife location in Mankato, Minn. for about 9 months. I find their staff very helpful, patient and courteous at all times. I have to be checked in each time by staff, as my fingerprints do not work. They are always helpful and and never show any agitation at my situation regardless of how busy they often are. Awesome staff and always a positive experience. Thank you all!!

Both my 1st and 2nd plasma visits were great. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Both visits - staff were quite busy but they still had smiles on their faces and answered my questions. I look forward to going to the Madison, WI BioLife again. You rock!!

I have been giving for about 6 months now. Had nothing but great service where I give. Biolife in Greenwood Indiana. It's a long process, about 3 hours on average, but knowing I am helping others is worth it to me. The Techs are professional and caring.
