Went in for a simple blood draw - a single test tube but the staff member could not hit an artery or vein. I left without giving the necessary whole blood for testing. In my experience with the three plasma donation centers in Tallahassee, BioLife is the worst when it comes to experienced staff! The facility is the nicest of the 3 centers but I experienced more re-sticks at BioLife than at Grifols and CSL combined.

Have stopped going after almost 5 years. St. Peters MO location employees are unprofessional and very slow. Tò much chit chatting and gossiping about other employees. For awhile it was taking 3 1/2 hours. It is down to about 2 1/2 hours but still too long especially since they lowered the compensation. Turn over is very high. Doesn't seem like anyone is in charge.

Bioplasma Largo Florida is horrendous. It is not worth the money!! Out of 4 visits not a single one was under 3 hours. My new patient appointment was almost 5 hours long. I left the 4th appointment after 2 hours and still not in the donating chair. The facility is incredibly understaffed and the few employees they do have, don't give a single care about you as a patient or your time. My first donation, the male tech never even said hello. I was not given any verbal indication of what to expect and when I was done, I was given zero aftercare instructions. You STAND in line for an hour for vitals then they say Oh your heart beat is high. Well yea!! I just stood in line for an hour!! As a new donor for the first 2 visits, you stand in an open area. Stand! For another hour. I have never ever seen such disregard for a patients time. I'd rather go back to OneBlood for a 20 dollar gift card. At least they care about me as a person.

I just left from my donation appointment and I've never been do dissatisfied. I've been donating for months and have never felt so annoyed with the employees as I have today. Not only did it take them over 20 minutes to find someone to go up front to screen us but they did more talking to each other than they did to us. I waited in the line for a bed for 20 mins, not a big deal but once I got the bed, I had been laying there for 30 mins as they kept walking by me and waiting on people that came way after me. Not a single person acknowledged me before I got up and walked out. This has never happened to me before. All of the employees have always been so pleasant and attentive until today. I just hope nobody else is made to feel as invisible and non important as I was made to feel today. Do better

I donated a month prior to applying for a job. I loved the atmosphere. I continued to donate while I was employed at BioLife and after I resigned from Biolife. Like other companies I would search for coupons on line as the Biolife App and my email in their system rarely if ever sent coupon to regular donors. I found on FACEBOOK Biolife Coupons Only that showed coupons, answered questions about being deferred... this site clearly states it is not affiliated with Biolife Plasma Center. Advice was more based on experience. Once I found a coupons I would check the expiration date, screen shot, and show the medical history staff during my screening. The coupon was always accepted by their computer system. I am now permanently deterred for using fraudulent coupons. The amount I benefitted from I could not dispute because each week FB was my go to page, the coupon expiration was within that week, and the computer at Biolife accepted the coupon code. I would show the staff member the coupon code and expiration date As other businesses have coupon codes online, either the Biolife computer should have rejected my presented coupons, requested paper form, or signage warning of fraudulent coupons. Here's my warning to all donors. It was pure humiliation.

I'd give a zero star review if I could. Go here only if you're prepared to wait several hours. They wildly over schedule. Wait time is intolerable. Run don't walk from this place.

Yesterday was a horrible experience for me. The phlebotomist that jabbed the needle in gave me a hematoma. My arm is so swollen and it hurts. I wouldn’t recommend him at all. Very disappointed this time around..

From the moment the needle was put into my vein, I knew it wasn't going to be good, it was pushed too far in so the girl kept pulling it out and pushing it in until the blood started flowing but when it was time to bring my blood back, it just didn't happen. So the girl tried my other arm, which vein, the only person who was able to find hasn't been there for months and I did tell her but she said she had to try anyway. The result was chaotic, she wasn't able to place the needle in the right spot for my blood to be returned so not only did I almost passed out on my way to my car but I can't donate for 8 weeks which means I'll be out around $900.00. And to top it off I'm going to a wedding with a horrible bruise on my left arm. Extremely disappointed.
