Always have a very long wait. To many appointments scheduled for the staff they have. 10 minutes to log in, 20 minutes in line to get checked, 20 minutes wait to get a station, 15 minutes wait to get stuck then after donating 15-20 minutes wait to get unplugged

The employees are friendly and kind. The facility is on the cool side so warm clothes or covering preferred. Thank you for such a positive experience.

People that worked there was always kind to me. My hands shake so they wanted me to go to doctors which I have done and nothing found. So now I can’t donate anymore and I was going every week till they stopped me. It really pissed me off

I have always had a good experience with everyone there. They are always pleasant and ask questions about your day, life, etc. It makes you feel like you are more than a number to them. It's nice helping and to get paid at the same time.

Im Eugene an I'm sort of a new donor to biolife but Michelle made my experience so wonderful! She stuck me today an i didn't feel a thing. An she has such a great personality on top of being so so beautiful. She really makes biolife a great place to visit an she doesn't even know it!!

I like the staff here they check on you and they are pretty fast. I don't like that I scheduled my appointment and i couldn't give due to my protein levels being off it would be nice to got a call or an email to let me know before i drove 30 minutes to my appointment.

Employees are friendly & efficient. Understaffed. New donors "jump" to the front of the line. If there are several everyone else gets bumped back to a longer wait. Two hour visits are the norm.

I donate at the Biolife located in McDonough, GA. The team there is pretty good, no issues. Usually long wait times due to staff shortage but they work hard to get you seated. They’re always polite. My problem is my last visit. When the tech spun my blood the tube broke in the machine. Malfunctioning glass tube. He’d gotten a good flow of blood from my finger. When he pricked another finger he couldn’t get enough blood and to no fault of my own, I was deferred and NOT paid. As the previous client stated, malfunctioning product or equipment is not our fault. We wasted our gas to get there, spent time in line for nothing, due to your malfunctioning product/equipment. Not fair. Why do we pay for Biolife mistakes/misfortunes? Why can’t we get paid something? Thanks…☹️
