The old bait and switch with fine print.says 850 for new donors potential but when you show up..it's oh no that's inclination etc...700 new donor pay...while being smug and rude. So I walked out. Csl is better and pays what they say they will. Bio life shorted Tiffany johns my fiance in Springfield mo for her first month. But they keep saying..sorry nothing we can do. What a total joke . I showed up on time for my 3:45 appointment but got sent to a waiting room for about 3 hours then when I was ready to leave, I was told that if I left I would have to start all over again. I stayed through the exam and initial blood draw. I went home and came back the next day. This time I only waited about half an hour but got very little direction from staff although I was a new doner. I did my donation and when I was finally done, I found out that I only got $40 for the 5 to 6 hours I spent there. No thanks, not going back although I would have got $90 for the second donation. If I had known I was only getting $40, I never would have started the whole process

I travel 30 miles each way to donate. If im turned away thats lost gas money. I donate on Tuesday and Thursday. This week I had a bruise on my arm where the needle was on Tuesday so today I'm told I can't donate. I can return tomorrow Friday but that means I can't return to my normal donation days next week of Tuesday and Thursday. Even though Friday to Tuesday is 4 days apart. So aggravating. I can understand this rule if it was Saturday to Sunday. Make it easier for us to donate and move our second donation a day when things happen. Also, it only takes 3 days to tell us we can't donate because our blood work was abnormal but 10 days to tell us we can return. I lost 3 weeks. This month. Finally, when we're finished donating, I have sat for 15 minutes waiting to be unhooked while 3 employees are talking with each other or to another person donating. I wouldn't be donating if I didn't need the money.

Promotions aren't consistent enough. If I am driving an hour away 40$ covers my gas and food. Wow thank you. Thats worth my time. Not really. Oh and guess what your protein is 5.9 today sorry sir you actually paid to come see us today.Dont worry though you can try again tomorrow,except you won't get your promotion now and your protein might be a point low so might pay to see us again. some staff are very unprofessional , slow and getting you hooked up to donate and after you have completed the donation slow wait time. had my vein blow out because they didn't know what they were doing. (black and blue marks form them poking me trying to get a vein. asked a staff to check my line because it didn't fill right they let me set there said nothing was wrong(no blood flow)

your ppl that work there told me i could never come back after they seen i wasnt sleeping as my hand and feet were moving at all times even when my eyes were closed i repeatedly told them i was not sleep ,they seen i was not sleeep as i was constantly in motion.i could not complete my donation to save lives yes i was given the money however i didnt earn it as i was took offf the machine.
