Our Stevens Point facility is so nice. The techs and nurses are all so friendly. They are hard workers and always pleasant. The new machines are nice. Love my center.

This was my first experience donating plasma and it was more than I'd expected. The center was very clean and the staff was very understanding and helpful. I was fortunate enough to have the best technicians in Chicago to draw my blood and to provide services for the plasma deposit. The management was on top of things, even when circumstances arose they gave clarity on the situation and answered any questions patrons would have. I look forward to my next plasma donation in the next few months or so. Great work, 87th Crew!!! A+++

I go to the BioLife in Denver on Mississippi. The place is always clean, well kept, professional, and I have never had a bad experience here. None of the people that have had to stick me have ever missed my vein or messed up. It's a painless process, everyone that works here is friendly, professional, clean, thorough, and bonus points to the nurse who plays Everquest and bonus points to the tech who loves wrestling like I do.

I have had good experiences at Biolife but some times the people burse my arms than it takes me sometime to return to give donations.

Awesome service can’t complain

Grace was amazing! The office was packed, it was a 2 hour wait for a chair and nerves were frazzled. Grace was cool, calm, kind and attentive. Even though there were other patients who were causing a couple issues, Grace never lost focus. Truly one of my best experiences.

Entire process was seamless and staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The debit card is kind of a hassle but now I only use it at the ATM and it's fine. Great way to help others
