I got shitted out of the new donor pay tier they lied and said I had failed my protein test that’s a lie my blood sample was taken and the only negative test results had nothing to do with protein now I can’t make any new donor money last donation was 9/21 I will not be returning to this plasma center I’m definitely going to file a complaint against this company it’s ridiculous

Like appt s but they dont do a protien test every time ,they told me i have to come in and have this test it took me out of my bonus program, keep calling for test results no call back guess its not just about helping people that plasma and you mess with people that need help and then screw them !!!!!!!!!! To bad its alway about money😪

Every time i go it’s an excuse as to why i cant donate. I referred a friend, they came twice and they said i wasn’t eligible for my referral bonus. Very wrong. Wasted all day in the waiting room to get all of that news.

I wasted a couple of hours today only to find out I could not donate plasma because I'm a gay man who takes responsibility for my health by taking an HIV preventative drug. Apparently in their minds doing this is "high risk" even though it is over 99% effective in preventing HIV and I get screened for other STDs every 3 months. I even met the qualification for not having had sex with men in more than 3 months. Welcome back to 1985 everyone!

The wait time is absolutely terrible. I have been donating for 3 years. The staff is great, but waiting more than an hour to donate is getting to be ridiculous. I try and go at off times and it still doesn’t matter. I think they need to make a speed line for your donors who have been consistent.

After having an 1140 appointment and waiting on foot in line for over an hour I’ve been waited in the bed for over half an hour and finally got poked two hours and five minutes past my appointment time. The staff was slow and uncaring
