I have donated over 1 thousand times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and really seem to care about their job. The only thing that I would say is that the appointment scheduling should be better so the lines could be shorter. Some nights the you need to wait in line for more than 30 to 40 minutes just to get started. Then an hour or so when you get hooked up

I’m from the Northeast Ohio area and l recently traveled to Chicago and was hoping to donate there but due to scheduling conflicts l was unable to do so but the staff at BioLife plasma in Mentor, Ohio informed me that Chicago has upgraded machines that cut the time of donation in half. I could recruit more people if BioLife would upgrade the Mentor location with these new machines; l’m just saying!
