Never will I ever go here ever again . You literally have to call 12 to 16 times in a row to get anyone to answer then when when someone finally answers they are rude and act like they have better things to do with their time . Then when they poke you they have girls that can’t find a vein to save their life then act like it’s your fault .. I refuse to refer anyone to this place honestly they need to be looked in too from the better business for real .. very unprofessional!!!!!

I expect wait times but not outright abuse. During my last donation (I have zero intention of ever returning), the two phlebotomists in my section consulted another to help as my vein pressure was off. The woman was horrendous, abusive, & hateful at best.

too many young and inexperienced girls working there that do not pay attention to what they are doing. I've been poked wrong in my veins on three separate occasions and lost out on my time, money and even loss blood cells because of it. These young girls rush and act like they don't care about their jobs as well as peoples health!

This place is a joke. Way understaffed. What is the point of having an appointment? I arrived early and yet was still waiting to be acknowledged 45 minutes after my appointment time. Currently looking for a different place. I just don't have the time it takes to deal with the incompetency and inattentiveness.

The experience with Biolife becomes problematic from the beginning. The Schedulle does not have enough available spots for donation in the morning making it impossible for me to donate regularly since I can only donate very early in the morning. There are not enough workers to help us inside the plasma center. Lines are always over 1:45 minutes for a 30 to 35-minute donation after you are connected to the machine! (the reason why I can't donate in the afternoon. I'm not a complainer and I'm usually very patient with the lines, but lately, I have been considering changing the donation center because the lines are getting worse. If you consider the amount of time you wait in the line along with the donation time the amount paid is not enough to make it worth waiting!!! Workers are aways nice though....

40 dollars for a plasma donation not worth the time or effort. Especially if you are driving from a distance as I do. Left the house at around 8:30 did not get back till after 12:30. Received 40 dollars for travel time and gas spent. Not to mention the over hour wait at the center. Why even make an appointment? Completely wasted 1/6th of my day. Will definitely cancel the next appointment I had scheduled and parting ways with BioLife. 40 bucks 😂🤣😂🤣😂. Would rather sleep in

GPS sent me to the wrong location. I finally found the office, I was 11 minutes late after driving almost an hour (because i usually get to appts early), and they wouldn't see me. There was a line 12 people deep, so it's not like they were ahead of schedule and waiting for me. They apparently do NOT need plasma.

Incredibly long wait.
