I like the appointment times offered. I get in and get out. When Romesha is there I don’t have to wait very long to get going. She is always working fast and always has a smile! She gets me in and out!

My visit was good. I usually have a decent visit. I would like to know the rules for coupons. Some staff will accept them others will not. I have asked the nurse and the prescreener and they both said it depends on who I get. Most staff are very nice. I have not been going as often due to pay decrease. I drive an hour to the donation site so the pay decrease is not worth me going.

I've been going to the Biolife center on Silver Springs in Milwaukee since day one (literally, I was there for grand opening!) The staff is awesome! They always make me feel welcome and have a good time! They are getting used to me and my "rolling veins!" and the process is smooth. Thank you everyone!

Since I have given plasma I can not believe how smooth the procedure has been. The bldg is so clean and professionally ran. Everyone has been well trained and professional.
