She poked me then pulled back then went in a little over then pulled back.That was Wed. My arm is bruised very sore to touch and swelled.Wont be going back again

Was’ t a good experience first time it hurt and when I went back to donate they said my arm was injured and I couldn’t donate.

The technician left me bruised on Oct 24, which left me unqualified for my Oct 26 appointment. I was told by the nurses I had to wait until the bruising cleared

Extremely long line when I was waiting to donate. So, after taking the intro survey and waiting in line for about 15-20 minutes, I stepped out of line and thought I'd just come back later when it was less busy. Scheduled for later through the app and thought everything was fine. I came back later and was denied the ability to donate even though I didn't even get a finger stick earlier in the day.

So you guys canceled my appointment twice. I lost out on the money I was promised I will never come again…..

I had a bad experience due to the fact that I'm being penalized for donating and not getting full compensation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I couldn't go back to donate for 8 weeks. Never again will I go back. These people need us more than we need them.

Got a 50% reduction in compensation. Now I'm good. No love for those dedicated to the cause.

Prepare to waste your entire day. They are way too understaffed and disorganized. My last visit I was there for 4 hours for a regular donation (not a physical or anything), and I had to get home before my kids got home so I just left. They never even got me hooked up, I was sitting in the donation chair for over an hour. As I was walking out, I saw 3 other people who were behind me in line who were already hooked up and donating.
