Biolife Independence, MO location. I've been donating for the past six months and as a whole it's been an unpleasant experience. Majority of the staff is unfriendly or plain rude. On three different occasions, three different workers the stick was extremely painful due to the inexperienced worker. I even spoke management and they were rude as well.

Biolife in Eau Claire Wi is pretty much a joke. There are some really good employees but the majority are terrible. Theres one young woman who always looks a little ticked off and she only mumbles, she barely opens her mouth when she speaks and then gets mad when she has to repeat herself. She is really unpleasant and I always get stuck with her. Staff moves really really slow, and wait times are long, at least an hour longer than they should be, it is maddening. They just cannot get in under control, it's been this way for years.

McKnight location : No explanation upon arrival what to do if new doner. Had to ask other people in line what to do. Too many people scheduled at one time, line was literally wrapped around the bathrooms in far corner . Staff doing vitals and fingerpick did not change gloves nor wash their hands between people and set up . Waited almost two hours to be turned away during review of questions;bc of needing Dr's note about ptsd and bipolar. And told I could not return until Dr. Notes were returned back. Would not have wasted my time if I had known that or if I had known so many people were scheduled at the same time basically. Line barley moved in the two hours I was there and saw multiple people leave due to the overcrowded area and amount of people waiting. Don't waste your time.

I’ve been donating for a while now at the Douglasville Georgia location. For the last couple of months wait times have been extremely long. Lines to get your vitals done are wrapped around the inside of the building and the line to actually donate has been the same way. The wait is ridiculous. Once , I stood in line for about two and a half hours and and the entire process took about 3 and a half plus hours, all for $40. I’ve made several appointments after that to only come in and find that the lines are still wrapped around the inside of the building. After seeing that, I’ve just walked out each time. BioLife has to understand that people have jobs and other responsibilities. Most of us can’t afford to be there for three to 4 hours. They seriously need more staff or they need to rethink their scheduling process. Because of this, I won’t be donating anymore.

Do not donate here. Because of their scheduling conflicts and appointment scheduling they ruled me out of my new donor bonus. I was supposed to receive the new donor bonus for eight donations made it to the six donation and they automatically sent me to the normal donation amount of $40 and gave the excuse because I wasn't able to donate last month and it happened to do with all of their appointment scheduling. Go to freedom plasma in harker heights or Killeen because they will at least be upfront with you and tell you exactly what it is that you need to do to be able to get the bonuses unlike this place who is vague and also conducts how much they give you by their scheduling of appointments

As I stand here in this line of 12 people waiting for vitals and no one waiting for a bed. I just don’t get it. Every time a staff member comes to help one leaves and the two that are there are very slow. The walk around in between each vital taken talk and play around. I get that there are breaks but this is ridiculous and it’s only 10 am! Not sure why I keep coming back I see cameras above. Is anyone monitoring? Ridiculous Bryant Irving location in Texas and it’s every time I come in!

The wait is always long. Mostly the people there I think they are just hang out and not actually working. They leave us there waiting and waiting. Waiting to the test, waiting to go to the bed, waiting to donate the plasma, waiting to remove the needle when is done the donation. Waiting waiting and waiting. I don't understand why.
