I have donated many times at the BioLife Plasma in Middletown, Ohio and now in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. It is a process, so be prepared to understand and learn the process. This is a clean facility and managed well. Your first appointment with the physical will take time and yes, I have stood in line and waited to get checked in, blood tested and then hooked up for the donation. I completed all my donations for the promotion and happily have money on a debit card for Christmas. It was worth the time and effort. I also know these donations go for a good cause, so it is a win win situation for both.

This place runs like a well oiled machine!! This place is very busy, however do not let that discourage you. These employees work well together and have the system down pat. They are also very friendly, which is an accomplishment in it self with all the people and the work load they deal with.

I've been going to the Kennesaw, Georgia location for a little over a month and have had no issues. Everyone is very nice and things move very smoothly.

Kristin is one of the best "pokers" at the facility. She takes great care when inserting the needle and the removal as well. And she makes sure that you are comfortable while the donation process is happening. Angie is also great at the check in part. She is a great conversationalist.

The staff here is amazing. They are personable and truly care about your visit.
