The donation times have gotten longer & longer. Have had multiple incorrect sticks, several hematomas, and TWO Infiltrations. Management is severely lacking and deferring people based on staff not inputting information properly. So donors are being deferred due to staff errors.

On my second donation the person that hooked me up to extract my plasma , can’t even call her a nurse , because clearly she wasn’t. The other person was hooking up the person next to me. He had that look like mmmm something don’t look right. Then proceed to tell me that when I moved my arm I pushed the needle straight through it. I’m like I haven’t moved my arm. That was over ten days ago. I still hurt on my arm. Bruised all up. At least the swelling finally came down. It’s pretty scary that instead of saying sorry or anything try to blame me and traumatized me to the point of I’ve scheduled and missed my appointment three times just because of the fear it would happen again

The Colorado Springs location is horribly understaffed. The last several times I have been there it has taken 2.5 to 3 hrs to complete a donation. Honestly not worth the time anymore.

I signed up for the $800 promotion. Eight donations within 30 days. The first donation went as smooth as silk. The following times they checked my vitals were a joke. Claimed my heart rate was 44 one day, then 47 the next visit. A resting heart rate below 60 is called Bradycardia. I am on the elliptical for an hour every day. Burn 900-1000 calories during that time. I maintain a heart rate of 145 while doing cardio. My resting heart rate is ALWAYS 76-81. I have a machine to check BP and heart rate at home. I am far more fitness educated than they realized. They find a way to defer you repeatedly in order to eliminate your chance to earn the $800 within 30 days. The last time I attempted to check in on their computer, I was denied and had to speak with a nurse. She told me they had not received my test results within the allotted 14 days, and to check back with them. That was yet another deferment. I confronted the nurse about the suspicious deferments. She got extremely nervous, stammering for excuses. Then I told her that the $800 offer was a scam. The drive for me to donate was 37 miles one way. My Biolife debit card had a zero balance, so I removed it from my wallet and tossed it on her desk. Then I walked out. This location is on Lakeshore Parkway in Birmingham, Alabama. Avoid this place at all costs. I also spread the word on their Facebook page multiple times every day. I had no intentions to donate after receiving the $800.00. $50-$60 per donation is simply not justifiable for a 74 mile round trip, considering fuel and time. It is now my mission to expose Biolife.

Have been trying to get call backs from management of the Dallas and Irving offices. Dallas on Hampton is a Zoo...LOOKS like waiting area for a prison. Irving location sometimes moves better, but I've ben there waiting 30 minutes to be hooked up and saw someone come in, check in and get hooked up before I could ever get the needles in me.

2 poor experiences in one week brought me to this review. My first visit resulted in a 90 minute visit due to understaffing. The second came for my being 6 minutes late for my second appointment today and being told they have a 5 minute rule and I missed the cutoff, no exceptions, reschedule. The nurse was rude and walked away - ridiculous and extremely unprofessional approach.

I donated on the 28th in the morning and didn't get paid. I do not live in Missoula and don't have the gas to get home because I didn't get paid! When this happens you should compensate us for the big inconvenience
