Always consistent, excellent service (no matter how shorthanded they are), with skill and expertise...always kind and professional!

My most recent appointment was on a Wednesday at 6:05am. They open at 6:00, but they were already busy and staying on top of things. The line went smoothly, the check-in was efficient, and my phlebotomist's stick went in so smoothly, I didn't feel it at all. Almost all the staff are friendly and make the appointment painless and fun.

Friendly and caring staff. Comfortable environment. Free Wifi. I don't like needles but they make it a painless and easy process. The money received from donating is very helpful in today's economy.
