If you want to have a headace an a half donate an alot of excuses but I just don't recommend this place .try to get extra money to get caught up on things an this is what I get I get attitude from 2 employees and no where to be found a manager an then still calling people back when they have people alredy done waiting to be taking off the machine then they treat yur arm like a piece of meat

The facility has one person working the front!! Wooltina was her name she was very rude with her unpleasant demeanor!!! This was the second day we went the first was pleasant.. we had a nice lady that day .. the second day wootina was real rude to another black guy/my husband .. they make you feel like you need them looking down on you bc you are donating blood.. plasma whatever !! I have money in the bank was just going to get xtra money!! But the people there are very rude .. the one sticking your finger don’t even know what she is doing ! 10/10 do not recommend

Very unprofessional. Draw labs and take 3 weeks to process. Turn away from donating once you get there. Talked to a manager who put me on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on me. Then she wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called back numerous times. No protein lab takes 3 weeks.

Showed up for my appointment and was told they were only accepting donations that night for the special trial due to staff shortages. There was no message sent, no apology, no coupon offered just we aren’t taking donations. I sent a site review feedback and never received a response. They did send sorry we missed you note like I didn’t show! Disappointed they couldn’t even respond.

This review has nothing to do with my local BL center, staff, or donation experiences - that has all and always been great for the past 6+ years that I have been a twice-a-week donor. This as the title implies is regarding the hype around the BL Rewards program awarding hundreds of points per donation and the media encouragement to sign-up. In light of almost weekly decreases in the normal compensation rate I receive and the apparent elimination of the bonus programs for being a frequent donor that I used to receive, thought this was a method of restoring some of those opportunities. Then weeks later the revelation that each of those points that I have been collecting are worth only 0.25 cents each or $0.50 per donation was a big disappointment. Considering the amount of time/money/effort required by BL to advertise, implement and administer the Reward program, it appears as much of a waste to a longtime frequent donor, rather than simply actually using those funds to compensate those donors instead. I am in my 60s and have been a whole blood or platelet donor without compensation most of that time, so the compensation provided by BL is appreciated but my seeing that compensation decrease while BL launches and hypes another "reward" program appears much more wasteful than "rewarding".

Fkn terrible. There are two female employees who work in the same section together. And over the last 3-4 weeks when I come in they'll leave me sitting for a good 30 minutes before they tell me to move to a different donation station. Then I'll sit another 15-20 mins. All the while at least 5 people get stuck with the needle and are donating. Then, when I finish and my machine is ringing, and each time when they can tell that I'm upset by their antiques or they see my anxiety shooting through the roof about being late to the next and I have they start talking really condescendingly. I'm really considering going elsewhere.

Went in on Dec. 28 to the Lafayette location,the phlebotomist whom stuck me looked inexperienced and nervous. Soon as the process started the machine started to cut off because of return issues. They had to readjust causing pain and discomfort. The phlebotomist couldn't care less about my discomfort. I was taken off and received $20 when I was suppose to receive 100.$ 20 for my time pain and plasma. Wish I could put zero stars.

I recently donated and I ended up with a hematoma. As a result that arm was not viable to provide plasma until the bruising was gone. I could still use my other arm, which they used that day. The next time however, they refused to let me donate stating I did not have two veins showing in that arm. The next time, they said there were two. As a result, I lost that days about which wad part of a promotion. I lost $100 as a result. I feel their practices are ambiguous and they are uncaring.
