I was 1 minute late. I donate here faithfully. The lines are constantly long. The wait is usually more than an hour just to be processed than another hour to get on a table. The lab messed up my blood work twice. I was a faithful donor. The female nurese are stuck up n rude. The guy is really nice. The phlebotomists are great. They could have let me donate for 1 minute late. I'm always fast. I take 30 minutes to get off table. I'm sick of this place. Only reason I come is because there isn't one closer to my home.

For the second time after 7pm the computers are stopping working, you arrive and can't donate, I don't know if the computers are old or the employees are unwilling to work.

Biolife needs to train their employees better. There are a couple employees that know what they are doing but overall a terrible experience. They need to have more people on during the busy season of the holidays. My arm has had so many huge bruises from donating. I still donate bc people need Plazma. I figured out who knows how to get the veins and who are not qualified.

I wasn’t aware this was appointment only. The woman who did my physical said just wait one day in between. I ended up going to greenwood and it was 30min away, they were understaffed. I’ve been here almost 2 hours and still haven’t been screened. Very slow moving. Will have to wait one week to donate elsewhere. Not with the new donor fees if I have to wait for hours.

No Star Review! Sylvia the Phlebotomist is the most unprofessional, slowest worker ever. My experience here did mot go well at all, due to her inability to work in the workforce. She could not keep up with the work that was in her pod. She had 2 people to disconnect and 1 to connect while talking to another donor. I was one of the ones she had to disconnect. She instantly got rude and unprofessional when I told her to lets goooo and continue on with our day. I had to pee very bad after the saline. No apologies were said, Sylvia walked away very quickly and rudely. I would not want people like that connecting me or disconnecting me from a machine. People like Sylvia at the location on 76/77th and Layton make people like me get out of character. She argued back with me like a child would, why is she even in the workforce!? She shows clear signs of inability to keep the day successful and motivated and productive. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location because management didn't even apologize. I had to tell the manager to train Sylvia more. Poor experience! Entitled behavior from Sylvia makes me question if they even "care" about donors! Very poor attitude on Sylvias behalf today!

I will never go through them again! They are not good people. Very rude. This is in mt. Pleasant as well. Never again should they be able to take anyone's plasma!

I recently started going back to donate and the process has gotten better except for the employees some have such a bad and unprofessional attitude that I haven’t returned. They need my plasma to help sick people,I don’t need their money and poor attitude and service.

these people are an uneducated joke dont even waste your time huge waste of time totally uneducated morons 10 mins before I was to be finished the staff messed up the machine and I left without being paid after my donation was complete
