I donate at the Waite Park MN Center. The staff there is awesome. The only thing I would like improvement on is communication through the account portal. I have some health issues that need paperwork from my doctor each year. It would be great if there would be a reminder about a month before this is due so there is no delay in my ability to donate.

I've found the Bio Life Team to be compassionate and caring at my Isbell St location in Green Bay. I appreciate the friendly environment one feels when you walk through the door. Occasionally, I may not be able to donate due to levels of protein. This "blood check" was a great reminder to eliminate junk foods from my diet and focus on healthier protein based foods. Initially, I was hesitant to join and donate simply because of the unknown. Needless to say I'm glad I reached out and joined and now donate regularly! I'd encourage anyone to give Bio Life a try. In addition to the compensation, it's comforting knowing we can help so many in dire need of life saving therapies!

My visits at the Great Falls clinic are always a good experience! The first donation does take a long time but the rest are a breeze! The staff is always friendly and attentive. The staff is always hustling and doing their job as efficiently as they can.

Everyone is friendly. Remembering your name, welcoming with a greeting as well as "have a nice day" when leaving. They do their best to keep the process flowing smoothly. I appreciate the phlebotomists knowledge and experience.
