Honestly I'm glad to be a donor here at Biolife!!! EXCELLENT AND AMAZING STAFF!!!

Biolife has excellent employees like Peggy, Rebekah, Heather, Trey and Jenni. Unfortunately, there are others that work at their center that walk around and shuffle paperwork instead of helping people that are waiting to donate and would like to get out of their facility as soon as possible. Also it still feels like we are being punished for being loyal donors, by being paid less than other people that come sporadically.

Very happy with bioLife Services the people that work there are very knowledgeable and very professional. I have referred a couple other people and they are just as happy with the services as I am we are very happy to be able to donate in order to help another life down the line, keep up the good work BioLife

Choua was excellent and handled my “smaller” vein like a pro. She was very gentle in caring for me, listening and even following protocol when I had a reaction. I hope she can care for me every visit, that’s how happy her care for my veins was. I had little to no bruising at all. She made the donation a happy experience.

You can make an appointment but more often than not, there will be a sign telling you there is an hour and a half wait. You have to take a buzzer and go sit in your car. You can leave and run errands because you have to be close enough for your buzzer to work. STAFF your business better. If we're making appointments, you know how many people you need.

Staff is always friendly

Out of all of the plasma-donating centers, Biolife has been the most pleasant and efficient. The remuneration is slightly lower than one of the other centers.
