The employees are great! They are always friendly and welcoming. Obviously, I have my favorites and would be sad if they ever left. Even on the days they are really backed up, they still stay positive. Where I would be extremely stressed. My only complaint is Biolife focuses more on new donors than keeping existing donors, which I find sad. The new dummies may come for the first eight donations but what about those of us that continually keep coming back on a regular basis. I feel like we don’t matter and now you dropped the bonus down to $110 for the week. If you prefer, I’d be more than happy to look at other centers to see what they’re paying.

Schedule appts Not kept. Good be 4 hrs

I really do like the people that work here and the clean environment. The only thing that made me give it 3 stars is that they seem to over schedule and understaff. I spent more time waiting in line for the finger poke than I did donating.

The employees are great. There are a few things, I don't like. Waiting inline, first to get vitals and then waiting for a bed. Not all sections open or not all beds in sections. New machines are faster, however the waiting, makes the tima about the same. The pay,I think full-time donors, should receive bonuses. Get one amount for month or so, then it gets decreased.

Usually my experience is very positive. The employees are always very friendly and professional. But lately it seems like I always get hooked up to a bad machine. The last few times the machine kept stopping and they had to come restart it several times, and my donations took extra long. In fact, 3 days ago when I went in, my machine kept going off so often that the two people that came after me left before me. They didn't have any issues with their machine. It's frustrating, and it gets uncomfortable with that tight blood pressure cuff tight and on your arm for a long period of time. Harwood Heights location.

Tech unable to get vien in either arm. Now bruising on both. Will probably not be able to donate at next appointment.

I think this place is a great place to donate plasma……… if you’re not deferred a lot like I am. Because of my anxiousness, anxiety, and the fact I know that I going to have a needle stuck in my arm, my pulse is always high. Every other time, I’m able to give smoothly. But on the other times, it’ll be because I something that’s either high sugar or high and sodium. Make sure you are extremely hydrated and extremely healthy.

The company is constantly in staff shortage. The donation portion is not bad, but check in is time consuming. I also find that some think they are Jacques Cousteau, and think they are hunting a whale with a harpoon gun.
