Super friendly employees and very clean facility

I love BioLife Loveland, Colorado. I’ve been donating for a year and a half and the technicians and phlebotomists seem like family. I look forward to donating. Getting paid for donating is the frosting on the cake, and it is nice to know people are being helped.

I’ve had nothing but great service at two locations where I live. I’ve been at the one in Lakeland Florida, and in Greenwood Indiana…I must say, the one in Florida does seem to go a little quicker, but quality of service was great in both places.

They truly care about your well being of course every job has folks who aren't always a hundred that's life but what I will mention is the hospitality service the patience very detailed when preparing for donating highly respected and recommended

The staff are all very happy, friendly and create an inviting environment. They even remember your name quickly. They all seem to get along and like their working environment. They are very good at their job and make the process painless. If they need to make needle adjustments or if you have to wait a bit because it is a busy time they offer a sincere apology and let you know they'll be with you as soon as possible. I find it to be a very pleasant and relaxing experience that my husband and I do together. It’s a wonderful way to help people out and a bonus to earn money.
