I went in to donate and the lines were long and only 3 sections open. I cant figure out why they make so many appts and have no one there to take care of people. I left after fifty minutes. After standing there, I estimated that it would have taken about another fifty minutes before I would have gotten back to donate. I doesn't seam like they value other peoples time.

Today I was having a good day until it was time to donate some Plasma at the Temecula BioLife i came across a person name Summer as she was doing my arm she kept on talking like she was on some type of drugs she had Increased Talkativeness and i guess since she was so lost in her words she bruised my arm I'm very unsatisfied about how things went today I hope I don't see her in the future or hopefully no one will be seen by her

They're very unprofessional and very rude at the Getz road location. They do not help or answer questions. They're quick to just get you out of the door. You would think they would try to help as much as they can but they don't. One nurse said my veins were good to go the other said no and started being snarky and rude. Also the supervisor was very unprofessional and rude her name is Kathy.

While donating I was asked by (then pressured) by one of the plasma center technicians, (Hayley) to use a arm for donation I expressed discomfort in using. The result was an additional, and unwanted puncture site that could have been avoided if the donors request relating to their own body took precedent over what made staff's job less taxing. While it is understandable that alternate veins are needed at times to complete donations successfully, it is something entirely different to pressure a donor into doing so solely to avoid a minimal amount of effort.

Well they don't care about updating the system so New people can get in and there super slow when someone needs help with something

Hemetoma hemetoma. They wrongly inserted the needle and it causes deferments and you loose donation option for 8wks. Since most phlebotomist are trained within its best to find a good one and request them. Or consider CSL plasma, their competitor. Best of luck💪

By far the worst plasma donation spot ever. Not one but twice came here from Poinciana was refused due to their system issues. They lured me back with a return donor bonus. I scheduled my appointment on the app. Now the app will not allow you to schedule an appointment to donate when you are due for a physical and instead will have you scheduled a physical. Again this did not happen and instead was told to schedule a donation. I did everything correctly. When I arrive they tell me the system has issues and that i need to return another day. They refused me a phone number for corporate or the site supervisor. They said to call the main number which is funny because no one ever answers the phone there, ever. No accountability and no respect for the donors. Do not waste your time!!!!!! Go to Biomat on Main St. They actually respect their donors.

Workers there are very good and nice, although the point or reward system is still broken and is refused to be fixed by higher ups as they continue to lower the pay amount each month.
