This is a great place to donate, the staff is very friendly, when you walk in the door you are greeted by Nas,she works the front desk very friendly and the screening staff Tammaria, Melissa and the other ladies are very nice, the techs are very friendly and they do a awesome job sticking, Jill,Lala, Tee,and Zi, are very good at their job!!!! Sada is great with the needle to!! I don't know them all yet but I haven't had any problems with any of my donation

The people in Rockford are fantastic. They are helpful and answer all my questions. They are friendly and give very good advice. In fact one of the techs told me to use vitamin E oil on the places where they stick you to help heal the scar tissue. I did and it works very well. No bruises. Although I don't need the money I still go twice a week. There extra cash comes in handy.

I like this BioPlasma Center because they are nice people and fast workers.
