Not only were they quick and careful at what they do but Ash at the Elkhart facility is pretty great at greeting and making the whole process so much easier and painless.

Biolife in Temecula has a great customer service and staff, especially Summer (nurse) who always doing above and beyond. She always takes care of the donors when they're done even it's not her zone. Few times that few staff just ignored me even when they heard that my machine was done and beeping bur Summer is always the one who's always there whenever she hear the beeps 😊

All staff are so friendly. I donate enough that they know me by name and that is so personal. I would recommend going if you can. Very gentle with the stick too.
