Please do not go and give plasma in Detroit Michigan on Conant avenue the nurse Ashley that works there is very rude she's an African-American lady who will threaten you the phlebotomist women that work there will always threaten you to get (De-Fured)they have a powerEGO trip. Those ladies that work there they're not polite they will not help you they curse all day they gossip but they will disrespect you if you have something to say in defense of your rights as a donor I'm (WARNING)any and everyone in the United States do not ever go to biolife plasma in Detroit Michigan on Conant avenue please STAY AWAY!!!!

2 hours wasted time. I was refused because of a neck surgery 41 years ago in 1983. I've been a donor since 2008 and have over 300 donations from other locations like United blood

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get involved with this organization. The staff that does physicals are the most inept, unqualified, borderline ignorant, unsanitary humans you will ever meet. The staff that does the actual donation procedure are good at what they do. The rest of them are complete failures at getting you into your donation. Typos, unclear communication and sanitariness made me cry I was so frustrated with them. Total waste of time and that is very sad because donating plasma is an important for medical purposes and research. There is no place to give a NO STAR experience which is what it is.

My roommate and I set up appointments together and Biolife called us the day of and rescheduled our appointments for the next day. On our way to our appointment we tried calling to see which center we were scheduled at and got no answer at either location. When we got to the center for our appointment Staff was very rude very unprofessional had little regard or respect for my time. If ur wanting to donate plasma or give this company any of ur time I highly suggest not doing it.

I had been going to BioLife for 5 years twice a week and had always joked with staff, they were super friendly, but then personnel changed to a hateful group with false accusations of meth usage and mixed race hatred. I have donated my plasma for 30 years because I truly believe that it saved lives. I never did meth or other substances ever. But BioLife employees made me feel very bad when they accused me of such. They are the most hateful group of people in Laramie Wy.

This place has no sense of urgency at all and it seems like trainees trying to figure out how to insert a needle in your arm.The management is non existent if any.look like kindercare with needles.Dont waste your time.

Massive waste of time, gave me wrong information, never returned calls or messages. wasted several hours over several days just to be told that they gave me the wrong information. When asked about it they just said sorry try again later. Don’t waste your time.

I made an appointment just to wait over an hour. Stay away from the Washington square location. They will waste your time. Will be donating with a company that knows what they are doing.
