They way overbook-10-20 minute wait for checkin/vital stat test then wait in line for another 10 minutes or more to get to couch for procedure with another wait to get hooked up. Computers often lock up at end of survey. They know clients are not liking long waits. They give you 5 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment time and then above delays start.

I go in for my physical and to review my questionnaire. They tell me a new girl is going to put my info in. It takes like an hour to an hour and a half for her to put my info in. And then at the end, the trainer says “here is why you can’t donate”. Her reasons were all based off the first question they ever asked me. They had me sit there all that time when she KNEW she wasn’t going to even let me donate. My boyfriend and I were supposed to be doing this together. But they wouldn’t let me donate. It was ridiculous. Thank god for the girl at the front desk. She was kind and I appreciated her. But the nurse that was training the girl in the back was inconsiderate.
