My husband and I bought a home that had a lingering smell of smoke. We googled how to get rid of it, and he Biocide Systems Home Bundle popped right up. We figured, what could it possibly hurt? So we set them up and leave the home for 24 hours. When we came back, most of the smell was gone but not quite all. They defiantly work on tough odors! But depending on the severity, you might need more than what is recommended per room. We would recommend these to anyone looking for an odor remover.

I placed an order online and wanted to add to it. Customer Service said I would have to cancel and place a new order. She confirmed the order was cancelled but did not know when the monies would refund. That was on April 26th. I placed the new order and had 2 charges on my account and patiently waited for my refund. I inquired on may 3rd and was told that the refund is showing 100% completed on their side so I just need to clear with my cc company. Well I used PayPal and the funds came right out of my account and HAVE NOT been refunded. I sent proof to Leslie via email that I have been charged twice. She said she would bring to her manager. It's been 2 days and I haven't received an update. I just rant a refund for my cancelled order. How hard is that?

Did not remove smoke smell from my vehicle. Followed all the instructions including recommendations like changing the cabin filter.

I couldn't believe the difference Biocide made in the odor removal from our car. My daughter had been smoking in it and trying to cover it up with those smelly deodorizers. The combination made for a terrible smell. Twenty four hours of Biocide in the car took away virtually all of the smell and left the car without any negative odor of any kind.

It works. No doubt about it. Very good investment.

I definitely recommend this product!! We bought a 2011 car for my daughter and the previous owner had used those toxic, oil-based, stinky clip-on air fresheners in it. We could not get the smell out with anything. Biocide Auto Shocker COMPLETELY eliminated it all! I am amazed and very pleased with the results.
