So disappointed. Purchased a home were previous owners smoked inside the house. Bought 4 containers which should have covered a 1600 sq ft area. Our home is only 1178 sq ft. Trying to give the product the benefit of the doubt, I purchased 4 more, even inserting one into the main a/c vent to attack the duct work. Same results....nothing. And these were used after we had already painted the inside with a primer that cuts out the smoke smell, repainted whole inside, ripped out the carpeting and ripped all the window coverings off the walls. Only after a month of continual airing out the home and doing all the above measures has the odor started to abate some. I will be asking for a refund.

I used 4 of the containers for a room that had smoke from food overcooking and the product did not work or minimize the smell at all. On to another potential solution.

I put 2 of the product out in a 500 sq ft cabin, 1 in the main room and 1 in the bunk room, closed all the shades and came back a week later. Still a slight "cabin" smell in the air and if you set anything down for awhile it will pick up the cabin smell which is a strong musty odor.

We have a 1914 Carrera S turbo. It’s been in the collection and only had 1000 miles on it. Because it sat so long it has a musty smell to it. I thought this product would be just what we wanted, I was so excited. However, I didn’t make any difference in the smell. I understand there’s a money back guarantee. If the company things that a second attempt might work we would be willing to try it again. It seemed very exciting.

We just purchased a house that had been shuttered for more than a year. There was a minor roof leak. Fortunately, that was over the bathtub.
