I recently purchased a well maintenanced SUV but the prior owner was a smoker, used biocide system as instructed... it helped a little bit but not as much I would have liked it to. I can still smell the smoke Oder.

I purchased a used car in beautiful condition but with one drawback...old cigarette smell - yuck. I used the product and let it stay in my car for a full 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the doors to NOT smell any cigarette smell remnants! I'm hopeful the Biocide System solution will stick for the long term and the odor won't return or slowly creep back. But at this time, appears to have completely eradicated the issue. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend it to others.

The product worked better than I thought it would. coworker was a heavy smoker in the work vehicle. i did the process over the weekend and jumped in the work truck monday morning with a new fresh scent. no more stale smoke oder!!!!!

Heard back from Biocide customer service and they will honor the warranty. Issue arose when product was purchased during the winter and couldn't be used till temp over 50 degrees. This issue not mentioned on their site when you purchase it. Warranty good for 30 days from purchase so if you live in cold weather don't purchase till weather is more favorable for the product to work.

I love this product....our dog caught another skunk... this makes number 4 in 8 years... I have found Biocide and wow this stuff is great. Took the smell rite out of the house.... and now all I have to do is get the faint smell off of her. Thanks biocide for giving me my house back.

I live in a stinky dog house and this stuff works great! Used it a couple of times now and I’m impressed.
