Bought the 4pack hoping this would remove the odor from our used motorhome. I was hoping because this product was a lot more expensive than some others I saw, that it would work. Not so. Do not purchase, it is a big wast of money. Will I ever learn????

Worked wonders - I was moving into a home where the owner was a heavy smoker - we put them out within the home and over night all cigarette smoke was gone.

I was optimistic this product would remove the cigarette smoke from a rental unit to prepare it to sell after reading about Biocide Systems and the reviews online. The tenant had lived in the unit a year, so the odor was pretty prevalent. After cleaning and using some other methods to try to rid the apartment of the odor, I purchased this product. I followed the instructions completely, leaving it to work for 24 hours in an empty, closed up unit. It may have helped a little, but I still smell the cigarette smoke and will probably have to give a carpet allowance to get it to sell. I was disappointed because I thought this was the answer to my issue. I doubt I would use this product again.

Great product

This was the second time I attempted to rid our apartment of stale cigarette smoke thinking that your product would be better, but all to no avail. I followed the instructions to the letter, but the odor is still there. This was a waste of time and money!

My delivery showed up missing one of the items. The packing list said it was included. I was at my office when it showed up, so I immediately called to inform them of the missing item and to request a replacement. No one answered the the phone, so I left a voicemail expecting to hear back soon. I followed that up with an email, just as a backup. The next day I sent another email, stating I expected a quicker response, due to the short order. It's now been a week and I still have not heard from the company. Worse yet, the missing part of the shipment is the liquid shocker. It is the supposed to be applied first, before the room shockers. Hence I'm stuck with no way to proceed and a product I paid for, but can't use. Still waiting on a replacement, and a response.
