Bought the Auto Shocker kit. Followed instructions perfectly and let work for the maximum suggested time of 24 hours. Absolutely no effect. Completely useless product.

Waste of my time and money. Does not work.

I was amazed at how well this worked! My husband smokes in his car and it is disgusting! Now, I have to admit, I tend to skip directions or half read them so I was pretty upset when I put the water in with the packet for 24 hours and opened the car to still smell smoke. Funny how it worked so much better when I opened the package and took the “inside packet” out and then added water. Amazing!

Not real big on doing reviews so feel honored! All commitments were made. Delivery on time and product worked. Easy to follow instructions and yes the odors were removed in half of the 1700 sq ft house. I ordered the whole house package and have only done the back half. The front half will be a little more challenging because of the need to be out and take the little dog along for 12-24 hours for the full effect. Will use again and will tell others about it. I thought it was a little pricey but after using it that's a moot point. Now for a little funny... I came home and the box was setting on the porch. It was smaller than what I had in my minds eye and I thought damn it's a gimmick and I probably got ripped off. Upon picking it up and feeling how light it was I started to get a little angry so I opened it and saw how small the containers were... damn I got burned again. How's that for a laugh for a guy that just wrote the 5 star review. Just do it!

This product was easy to use. I had musty carpets after having them professionally cleaned. The room Shocker worked On most rooms but didn’t take the smell totally away. I was a little disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised!!!! Worth every penny. Will definitely use again.

Product does clean out smoke smell from vehicle but leaves its own chlorine smell that takes forever to get rid of.

I recently purchased a used car with heavy tobacco odors. I found this product and had high hopes for its effectiveness. The price is somewhat reasonable so I gave it a try. I followed the instructions as provided. I left the product in the vehicle for a full 24 hours; the vehicle was in a garage out of sunlight and in the recommended temperature range. I completed the procedure and let the car air out for a day with the windows & doors open outside of the garage. To my disappointment the product had little effect on the smoke odors; as a matter of fact it now smells like tobacco and chlorine. I haven't initiated a warranty refund yet as these things tend to never work to my advantage. I am updating my review as it is 5 months later and I have not gotten a refund for this product. I took all of the steps as directed by a company representative yet I have not received a refund. I am updating once again to say that after this post this company promptly responded with a total refund of my money.
