A tenant smoked cigarettes in my non-smoking unit! Biocide got the stick out of my custom fabric window blinds, and every other surface and nook & cranny. It meant I didn’t have to paint twice - once with a sealer and once with regular paint! Yippee!

After placing my order online I received an INCORRECT order was supposed to get 5 items and received 2, I immediately emailed them with NO RESPONSIBILITY I waited the weekend NO RESPONSE, I called customer care on Monday, he said he would investigate and take care of it and email me, NEVER HAPPENED... I called 2nd time Tuesday customer care, they said damn I'm sorry I'll take care of it and email me new shipping info, today is Wednesday and they sent me this survey.... With still no answer of where my products are. So my answer to this survey question is they SUCK

Dear Mr Noll, Per our records, you placed your order on 10/03/18, and received it on Friday 10/05/18. We do not have any emails from you over thew weekend, and even though Monday was a Holiday, one of our customer service reps was able to answer your call. On Tuesday, this issue was addressed, and a complete order was shipped to you today, one day after we were made aware of your issue. I understand that you are upset that your order was incomplete, but I don't think we could have responded to this any faster than what we did, perhaps the Holiday was what pushed things out a bit. In any case, we are shipping out your full order so you'll have a couple of extra units for your troubles. Once again, we apologize for the mistake. Kind Regards Biocide Systems

Did not perform as expected
Did not perform as expected. The packets were caked as if they had been exposed to moisture or were very old. I used two systems for 650 square feet and did not detect any chlorine smell when opening up 18 hours later.Forr over $50 I had expected more..
