Bought a used house that had minor dog odor....i have a "super sniffer" and am really sensitive to smells.....we are on our 2nd 10 pack....in a 3000sqft house....followed instructions to a "t"....and the house was spotless--not sure if it's going to work....may or may not help as of now i dnt think its going to work but want to finish ....put 2 off in garage after thoroughly washing everything walls floors etc....still smells and did kitchen office and 3 bedrooms which still smells the same as before....will bave bleach odor afterwards and be sure to put a plastic drop cloth under cup...i used cardboard and when the reaction takes place it literally pops and splatters travel quite far-we have hardwood floors that were spotless and it splattered everywhere...cleaned off easy enough....still have to do living room foyer and dining room etc and will do kitchen and sitting area again.....

it did not get rid of the scent problem and for the price, i expected it would.

I placed an order last Monday and I paid for USPS priority shipping mail express 1-day and I did not receive the package until Friday. I called and spoke with a representative and was basically told that she could not help me and if I had gone to the USPS website I would have seen that 1 day shipping is only and estimate. I feel scammed. This should have been listed in their website since they are offering the service. Very deceptive and dishonest company. DO NOT ORDER from them.

This product works great for the occasional odor issues we have in our business. I highly recommend it. It works fast, too!

Purchasing a house from a big time smoker and needed to remove the smell. The product worked great, no more smoke smell in the house.

The company and online site were great to work with, however, the product was not effective. I'm a realtor and purchased 2 containers to remove cigarette smoke from a 997 square foot condo and set them out for 12 hours. About 2 days later (yesterday) I held an open house at the condo and the first person inside mentioned that it smelled like cigarettes. It's frustrating and disappointing that it didn't work but the previous renters weren't supposed to be smoking anyway.
