Biocide worked great on a home where someone had smoked for 15+ years. The smell was overwhelming when you walked in the house. Biocide mitigated the smoke smell effectively.

Did not get the smoke smell out of van, even after several tries. :-(

Product arrived much quicker than expected. Product works as stated. Easy to use. Will use Biocide Systems again.

Works great, fast acting

I had a strong smoke smell from burnt food in a small 1BR apartment (<400 sqft). I followed the directions but only used 1 product in the kitchen. The product definitely lessened the smell however it still remains in the kitchen and I’ll probably have to do some extra cleaning. Maybe next time I should try two to cover the apartment more thoroughly. May try using this for my car though!

We have a truck that has been in storage on a farm for over a year. We had high hopes of this taking care of the smell left behind from some mice making their "home" in there during the winter. After following the directions religiously and leaving it for 24 hours it Unfortunately only made a small "dent" in the odor.
