The product got a lot of the mothball…
The product got a lot of the mothball smell from our basement, but not all of it. Would need like 2 or 3 doses of this to get it all out.

Trying to sell a house where smokers…
Trying to sell a house where smokers lived. We used four of the "bombs" in a basement where there was a nicotine odor from smoking. It did not work. People looking at the house still complained that it reeked of smoke. Will be requesting a refund...

Horrible
Horrible, didn't work. Emailed for a refund and haven't even received a response. Never again.

We do want to clarify that your email to us, which you. say was never answered, was sent to us on Saturday 7/6/19. We do not work on weekends and respond to refund requests that come in over the weekend on Mondays, therefore we consider your comment about not receiving a quick response as unfair. Disappointed
Used as directions instructed. Still smell smoke in our SUV. We were so disappointed, thought we had found a solution to our problem.
