I haven't used it yet so I can't rate it. My negative rating is not based on the product, but rather the company. First you had better read the direction carefully because you just can't put it anywhere it has to be all sealed off. Secondly, they asked me to rate the product one week after receiving it in the mail. They should know you don't necessarly have bad oders currently, but having it on had for future issues like skunks. If they don't want me to rate the product low, give me a place to rate the company low. Even if it works, I won't be buying anything from this company in the future.

Not happy at all with the product. On your website it did not say that the room had to be sealed off / area had to be sealed off. II cannot use the product at all and will be giving it away. What a waste of money. I obviously will not purchase anything from your company, since your advertising is really incomplete and deceptive.

yep, skunk ordor is gone. if only I had known about this product back in February when we got skunked. been dealing with it ever since. not anymore!

I used the treatment in my bathroom overnight, which is about 120 square feet. The treatment did not remove the mildew odor and left a very strong smell in the room for about a week even with the window open all week. I ran an ozone machine in the room for two days and it still took another week before the odor was tolerable to my wife's smell sensitivity. I have not found the source of the mildew smell which may not even be in the bathroom but coming from somewhere else so to say the treatment does not work would be inaccurate.

Cigarette smell gone COMPLETELY. There is a lingering smell from the biocide but not bad.

Always a great product the Auto Shocker.

Smelled kind of chalky the next day, but it was free of two years worth of smoker smell. I did the 10 unit package and it cleared the whole house. I highly recommend and I will use again in the future.
