I used this product on a house with a residual cat smell from the previous owners. The house is just under 2500 sf. I used 5 of the room shockers. The use of this product made a huge difference. It has been 5 days now and there has been no return of the odor.

I had a really stinky urine-soaked rug. I cleaned the rug but the smell kind of lessened for a few days. So, I put the rug loosely in the bathroom and opened up a small container of your product.Ii closed the door. it was really bad!! Then I walked away, all night it worked. The next day I could not smell anything in the rug. My cheers to you!!!

I would give a negative five if possible. Not only this product did not work, I called the company and left a voicemail. Someone called me 4 days later... a very rude lady who made it sound like it was my fault that their instructions don't say one per room (just says good for up to 400ft) and I should have read their FAQ? When I asked to speak to a manager the lady got even more rude! Also, for a refund you need the used containers.... this company and product is a joke!

Dear Tania, We are sorry you are not happy with your results, however, as our customer service representative explained to you, you did not use the adequate amount of product to resolve your odor issue. She explained to you and showed you where on our website, it is explained how much to use, and that the instructions are for how to active the product, but all other information is clearly stated. She offered you a solution which is part of our normal refund policy clearly stated on our website FAQ, but you asked for consideration that are beyond our regular return policy. She explained that she could not do so and you asked for a supervisor telling her you did not want to speak with her anymore in a very rude manner (we record our customer service calls. She asked you to please hold while she tried to get a hold of of someone to talk to you right then and there, but after about 45 seconds f being on hold you hung up. So once again we will offer you our standard return policy, we can either send you replacement product or we can issue you a refund, as stated in our FAQs ( https://www.biocidesystems.com/pages/faqs ). Please keep in mind that you need to do this within 30 days of purchase, however we are willing to give you a few more days if you need it. We would also like to point out that loading in two separate reviews for the same purchase from two separate people shows your intent to cause us additional harm because you failed to inform yourself about our products before using them, and has been reported to Trustpilots Content Integrity department. I'll have to be honest and say I didn't think this would work. The room is the size of a single-car garage, carpeted and not air-conditioned, and had a horrible musky smell. I set the product in the middle of the room, followed instructions for its preparation, and walked out. I went back the next day and could not believe how good that room smelled. It smelled like someone went in and cleaned every item in the room. Job well done.

These bombs are the bomb. We have used them in our basement and they really wipe out anything down there that I am allergic to. After they are set off, I can go down there and have no reaction. It also smells much better.
