My girlfriend's apartment smelled so much like cigarette smoke from the previous occupant that was making her sick with flu-like symptoms. 4 of the Room Shocker cannisters took away the smell. It does smell pretty salty, but that odor seems to be dissipating. I love these!

I used two units, one after the other, following the instructions as included in the packaging. The mildew smell was not affected at all. I gave two stars because of prompt delivery and the fact that instructions were included.

The product didn’t work as promised. It didn’t lessen the smell inside like it said it would. Left it in the car for 24 hours and the smell is just as strong as before. I gave them two stars because it shipped relatively quickly. I bought the product to remove the smell of cigarette smoke out of the vehicle after getting the vehicle.

The BioCide temporarily covered the odors of death lingering in 1 bedroom, but the stench the BioCide was nearly as bad! The house smelled strongly of sulphuric for over a week. After that finally aired out, I am still getting whiffs of the original odor, but haven’t had the carpet cleaned yet.

Dear Customer, I am concerned that you may have bought multiple products for your odor situation, and are confusing them. The reason I say this is because of how you spell BioCide, this format belongs to another company called just that, We are Biocide Systems, and our products do not produce Duller odors as it does not contain sulfur in any form. If you would like help figuring this out, pleas give us a call at 877-792-4624 and anyone in customer service can help you. Kind Regards Biocide Systems
