Had high hopes that this would work to remove stale car odors but it did not. Company promptly issued a refund

Purchased Biocide System to get ride of skunk odor in the bedroom after a skunk sprayed right outside our window. The Biocide was easy to use and got rid of any lingering skunk stench. The room smelled like a refreshingly bleached & laundered towel which was a relief after 2 days of skunk odor. We bought 2 just in case. So now if this happens again, we are prepared.

Easy to use, absolutely no odor in my old Ford truck. I'll know more when the rains return.

Great product. Used on my gf's car after some spilled shrimp got left in the car during the summer. Worked great!

The first one I used worked but in less than 2 months the odor was back so I'm trying another to see if a second will last longer

It works! Will be ordering one more because there is still just a very slight smell of cigarettes in the car, but I was expecting that. I definitely recommend this product!

The product could be the best thing ever, and I will know soon when I finally get to use them. The problem was getting to this point!! The deception of the people I was dealing with was rediculous, in professional etc. Even when I got aggravated ( which is putting it mildly), I was promised that some complementary product was being sent that day, it didn't happen! I hate there was not another company that had the same product. I own several companies, been in business 36 years, so when someone tells/ assures me something is taken care of, I believe what I'm told! Maybe that's a new concept, .......but it needs to be a requirement
