I've ordered 2 times from them I got what I ordered both times and there are really good disposables

Do not order from this company. The tracking will stay stuck at “USPS is waiting for the package” and you won’t ever receive it. Customer service told me it’s not their problem once the tracking number is created.

I am relatively new to Bionoid from Hello Mood. Your products are much fresher and cost lower than Hello Mood by 1/2. Your products are AWESOME!

I placed an order at the beginning of last week, shipping said 3 to 5 days. As of this morning USPS says a label was created but they are waiting for the package to be dropped off. I am extremely disappointed with this company and I have emailed them twice to ask about my package but they have not responded. I wish they cared about there customers more and actually responded or atleast let me know when my package will get shipped. 😡

Don’t waste your time or money! Got the wrong product and customer service was helpful and made me pay shipping. The device in general felt low quality which leads me to think the oil would be harsh or awful. They can’t legally sell liquid diamonds. It isn’t real THC not A. Don’t waste your time or money with these fools

Horrible company. They have no ideas how to run a business, no customers service etiquette, no responses concerning your orders. Stay clear away from them!

I have been ordering from Binoid for years and their service has gone downhill. Yes, their products are good from what I have sampled. But that applies to the vapes only. I have tried the gummies and they don't get you high if that's what you want. I noticed a pattern with them. You order will not ship until the payment clears the bank, usually 2-3 days. But they send you a notice that you order shipped and they print out a label. I ordered using 4 day shipping. It took over a week to arrive. My last order arrived with several vapes in it that I did not order! I requested the bundle contain ALL NORTHERN LIGHTS, but I recieved vapes that I don't use. Another thing, I suspect they censure their reviews on their website. I have left several critical reviews that disappeared a few days later. If you go through their reviews, they are all 5 stars. All buisnesses can't please everyone, so where are the other reviews? I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Ordered a seven gram pen, was sent the incorrect pen and they would not give me a refund. Took a pull and the pen shoots out hot wax. The top of my mouth is blistered and it does this anytime you activate the pen. It just shoots up wax. My pen came with a very large air bubble and they claimed this was normal. I won’t be buying again, customer service is as horrible as their product
