DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! I bought a 7 gram thca vape and it was very weak for 1, plus maybe halfway through it completely stopped working, I was already experiencing clogging but than it completely shut the bed. The customer service is a complete joke! I had the 7 gram on a subscription in hopes I would like it, I did not and forgot to cancel so that's in me, but when the money was pulled from my account they then told me the 7 gram was out of stock, I was ok with that because I didn't like it anyway, and than they offered multiple replacements and when I accepted one of them they than told me they were out of stock. I than spent 2 weeks messaging back and fourth simply trying to get them to send me ANY indica vape because I had spent my money with them and need a vape.. after the 2 weeks of awful customer service I finally found there phone # and called and left a message, they didn't sound like they really cared, they did refund me for the order I waited over 2 weeks for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good god. They are a scam. They have the shipping label created and said “Oh, 2-4 business days. Nothing. Shifts all blame to USPS. Said to wait until June 5th. F me I guess?

I can echo the experience of the tracking label being created but for some reason the post office didn’t do their job. This happens so frequently it seems that there is either a very incompetent usps worker or Binoid is delaying our orders intentionally. Maybe they’re hoping you’ll forget you ordered and won’t ask about it. It seems when they’re asked about it, the package mysteriously shows tracking information. Come on Binoid. Do better. I placed my order on May 15. Label created 5/16. No usps updates so I emailed on 5/21 and was told it was picked up on 5/18 but the post office generally takes 3or4 days to scan packages. Really? On May 22 I had tracking information all of the sudden show up. Supposed to be delivered 5/26.

This company was quick to charge my card, however a shipping label has been created for 6 days and no movement at all! Won't order again will only purchase from a retailer, good lord this is like ordering off of temu and not getting your package for 6 weeks! No thank you, cut off my card access thru my bank

Their product left me with burns all in my mouth. Then they tried to blame me when it was their faulty product. It also smells like diarrhea. Sit it on your table? Your WHOLE house will smell like diarrhea! Want to hit it normally? It will spit piping HOT wax in your mouth instead and leave you with blisters and blood all in your mouth. If I dont get my money back I might have to sue for bodily injury.

I've used these guys for a few months now which has been a good chunk of orders, all of them from the moment I've placed my order to the moment it arrived are about 4-6 days so nice and quick and I hadn't had a single problem with a device until recently, I was really upset I reached out to support in the chat and they asked for some videos of my non working device and almost immediately approved me for a coupon or a resend of the broken item. They had my order ready to ship and sent me a confirmation code before we even ended our convo. This was four days ago and my replacement has already arrived. I'm very pleased with this website as the one I used to use started to get very shady. Amazing deals amazing products and prices and AMAZING customer service. 10/10 recommend to anyone who asks!

Ive bought vape carts before and the cart is so sticky it either never works or stops working about halfway through. Don't waste your money. The customer service here is terrible if anything is wrong with the product or its not delivered you are shit out of luck. They will not send you a new order and they will not refund you. Buyers beware!

I returned unopened products when I discovered their testing is both incomplete and outdated. This could mean they have distilled the thc from hemp by using chemicals and toxins like arsenic to name one. I have not received my credit refund despite several emails and their refund policy. They are not an ethical company. Choose another that shows the test results directly on their site.
