At first I thought I was being scammed because the USPS Tracking was saying label created but they were waiting on package. I contacted support thru the website and was refunded for my priority shipping fee. USPS didn’t scan package even tho they received it. It came a week later

I have been buying the 'super 7' gummies and could not be happier! First of all they are STRONG. I cut one in half to help with my Croan's pain and it is better than oxy! 5 or 6 hous later I take just 1/4 of a gummy for maintenance. The delivery could be faster and customer service needs to step up their game, but since I know that I will be ordering with extra time built in.

I ordered the 5 gram disposable Vape liquid diamonds Blazed “Larry OG”, really great product! The vape itself is great: wonderful sleek design and great functionality and no clogging, very smooth. The effects are quite good, very strong and definitely top notch quality. It doesn’t take a lot of inhalations to achieve a good result. As advertised Blazed is Definitely one of the strongest, if not the strongest, I’ve had. Larry OG is a good flavor, kind of earthy, looking forward to trying other strains. Wonderful product and excellent customer service, definitely will continue to order 👍

Who can't send something they dont have. Then say oh they just forgot to scan it when they picked it up, and as soon as it gets to the next station it will update. You mean when you give it to them, because if they just forgot to scan on pick up the the next day when they sorted the post of the previous day it would have updated as most of it is automated. or when it changed states at the next transfer point it would update. I have driven multiple times across the country and driving only takes 3 - 4 days evan with delays from ny to ut. so Florida to ut shouldn't be much different and so 3 days later it still not here because they never had the intention to send it out anyway they are probably creating fake shipping labels and then when you inquire about the shipment witch i did and it's excuses oh its not our fault its the post office and we can't refund you, because its shipped already. Witch is a lie as the post office has not received the package and If they are having so meny problems with usps, do what a real legitimate business would do... change shipping carriers it that simple. So many to chose from ups, fed ex, Dhl express, evan Amazon has a separate shipping company and meny others with similar rates But because its fake or someone or group are intentionally stealing so they wont. Sad lost this potential customer for life and any one i can tell............................ !!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order for a set of 6 delta 8 disposable vapes. I received the order on 4/28 of a set of 6 THC-P disposable vapes. I immediately chatted with and emailed about receiving the wrong products. Was told on 4/28 that a shipping label was being sent to my email for a return slip so that I could return and get refunded for their mistake. It is now May 13th. I have emailed back and forth with someone EVERY DAY since May 1st. I still have not received a return shipping label although they claim multiple have been sent to the same email address that I’ve been communicating to them through. I’ve checked my spam/junk, inbox, trash and also checked for attachments in the original email chain. This company is ridiculous. I will definitely be disputing these charges with my bank and letting everyone know how their company operates.

Where to start? The shipping process took 4-5 days before it even made it into the mail. During that time, I received orders from 2 competitors ordered on the same day. I ordered 2 vapes and one cartridge. Their Blue Dream was not even remotely close to anything resembling blue dream, and both vapes have a very odd flavor. It tastes old, I'm unsure how to put it. They also elected to ignore multiple support requests, then told me that sometimes they don't ship them in protective packaging to keep dirt out, saying, "it depends on the batch since the mouthguard depends on the availability during production." Save your money, buy elsewhere. If not for the better product, but 100% for the better customer satisfaction. Mellow Fellow, Wildwood Vapes, there's no reason to shop with Binoid. There's a reason they advertise and offer 40% discounts and free vapes. Because once you buy once, you'll never be back. Gotta build that cart size! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Just like with so many other reviewers the shipping was horrendous. They state orders will take 2-4 days. My order arrived after roughly two weeks. They blamed the post office but after contacting the post office it turned out the company took five days to even bother dropping it off. Uncontrollable delays and issues happen with shipping all the time, but lying to customers and blaming the postal service for their own sluggish practices is how you immediately lose new customers.

My order was put under the wrong tier of shipping making it come later than it should have. I also am just out that money for the difference in shipping cost. I emailed the support twice and got no response. Item arrived on the day that I’m writing this and I’m realizing that they sent me the wrong item as well. I ordered a sativa strain, Techno City, and got a hybrid called Temple Kush instead.
