I received a cell phone in a timely fashion. It wasnt a phone that worked for my use. I called their # and OFS. I went through Best Buy and they helped on behalf of myself. I just sent thephone back for a refund. Im hoping that happens soon. The actual service was very good.

I sent these folks a pair of Samsung tablets at the end of July. There was a miscommunication about how they would pay me for my consignment and I didn't receive my payment until early December. It was an unfortunate mistake, but their support team sorted out the problem in less than a day. Thank you BBT support.

Bing Bong Tec is a company growing and with growth are some growing pains. My experience with them started out shaky, I mailed them my phones, didn't hear much, received confirmation they have my phones and were inspecting them, got an adjustment to it's quality (not unexpected), did not hear from them for almost a week after reaching out multiple times so I started freaking out that this was a scam. I was contacted by multiple people who assured me they are processing my order and that next day I received payment for my phones. They were very respectful and apologized for the lack of communication (growing pains). I would definitely recommend them and I feel the bad reviews they get is a result of impatience and communication issues.

My order passed inspection almost 4 weeks ago and I have not been paid. I have not received any answer to my email inquiries either. I am at a loss of what to do. Scam? I will change my review if the company contacts me or sends me the money I am due. _____ EDIT: After working with the company they rectified this issue quickly and overall I am happy with the experience. Highest price payed for used cell phone. Within a day of setting it up online, they called to see if I had sent it. It went the next day. A few days later, notified that it was all good and I would receive payment in a day. That was two weeks ago. I have emailed with no response back! UPDATE: they saw this review and responded quickly. They never received my communications, said check was sent. They reissued check immediately and it cleared.

Initially I had a very hard time with Bing bing Tec. You can read my original review below. However I finally go a hold of someone on the phone, Nate, and he was SO helpful and got everything squared away and made everything right. Turns out they were in the process of moving so there was some loss of contact causing issues with communication. Now that I know who I can talk to for help, I would sell to them again. They quoted me $60 over what they said they would actually pay me and when I asked to have my phone sent back to me they ghosted. I spoke with one gentleman on the phone after I hadn’t heard from them for weeks and he said my phone would be shipped back to me at no extra cost. Never received it and never received an email back. Called again and again until someone finally answered and they also said my phone would be shipped back to me and I’ll receive tracking info the next day. Never did, and instead I received an email saying that I was misinformed and that it was too late to be sent my phone back (even though it was their fault it was too late) and that I would receive a check via email for the phone. It’s been over a month since I’ve sent my phone in and I still have not received said check and no one will answer the phone or respond to my email.
